I couldn't wait to see this after seeing the trailer a few months back. Got it the second it came out on Netflix and can not believe how bad it was. The film is nothing more than a checklist of action film cliches and gimmicks. Everything about it is stolen from something else, but that's fine, because in this day and age, it seems action films have run out of ideas. This film fails in a big way however, in that unless you're younger and haven't seen many films from the past 30 years, you'll see everything coming a mile away. The last 20 minutes could have been scripted by anyone who has seen 3 or 4 80's films. I think the directors simply bit off more than they could chew, because the basic premise is an interesting one, but it goes in too many different directions and the actions scenes seem to repeat themselves. The action is also comical in how implausible it is. If you're expecting Raid: Redemption, Raid 2 or I Saw The Devil as I've seen people mention, you're going to be very very upset. Truly a style over substance film, which I'm sure will work for about half its viewers, but I was left very disappointed.
Most people I know do not care about knowing the truth or facts, they only care about being the one who passes along information. I wonder if I could privately ask people why they use social media (honestly), what their reason would be. I don't think people without a sense of humor, realize how much fun the world can be. Even during the hard times. So many of us spend time thinking of mistakes and regrets, but if we really think about it, we've probably dodged more bullets than missed boats. You know when you sit by yourself reading, sipping some coffee or tea and you don't think about anything, but what you're doing? That!
